Paru Shah is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her research centers on race, ethnicity and representation, local politics and governance, and urban education policy. She received her Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her PhD in Political Science from Rice University.
